Job summary

Teneo in the Middle East is seeking a Graduate Associate Consultant who will quickly become involved in live client work, taking on meaningful responsibility from day one with structured training and feedback.

You will conduct qualitative and quantitative research, analyze data to reveal insights, test hypotheses, produce clear client-ready materials, and collaborate across teams to build understanding of markets in the Middle East.

Qualifications

• On track to achieve, or already hold, a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical and structured approach.
• Confidence working with numbers and drawing conclusions from data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with people from different backgrounds.

Role

As a Graduate Associate Consultant, you will quickly become involved in live client work. You will be given meaningful responsibility from the outset, with support from experienced colleagues, structured training and regular feedback as you develop your confidence and consulting toolkit.

Your work will include:

• Conducting qualitative and quantitative research across companies, markets and sectors

• Analysing data and evidence to identify insights and support recommendations

• Helping teams develop and test hypotheses and solve complex client problems

• Producing clear, high-quality presentations and written materials for clients

• Contributing ideas and perspectives to case team discussions and problem-solving

• Working collaboratively with colleagues across Teneo and building an understanding of clients and markets across the Middle East

You will learn by doing, supported by a structured induction programme, ongoing training and coaching from experienced colleagues. Over time, you will build core skills in problem-solving, analysis, commercial judgement, communication and client service, while taking on increasing responsibility as your experience grows.
