A leading multinational management consultancy seeks an aspiring Partner, Head of Oil, to expand their existing practice and develop new client relationships. This role offers significant autonomy and the chance to shape a sector-defining consultancy in the oil industry. Ideal candidates will have a strong network and proven experience in business development and strategic sales.
Partner based on your own achievements, not tenure or politics. Autonomy & support to build out your own business.
Leading multinational management consultancy is investing heavily in the growth and maturation of the 400+ UK office. The transition from trusted delivery partner to go-to industry advisor is underway, with successes in Life Sciences, Policing, and Energy.
The Energy team is seeking an aspiring Partner, Head of Oil (Associate Partner or Senior Director) to take over existing revenue and develop new relationships, aligned with the new strategy. This involves deepening sector expertise and elevating client conversations to address more strategic business and industry challenges.
Group-wide, they have over 5,000 creative thinkers and innovators delivering strategy, business architecture, and digital transformation, including a full-service technology team (from ITIL service management to GenAI).
The level of ownership offered makes this a particularly attractive opportunity. The CEO has created an environment that nurtures and rewards entrepreneurs, with clear targets for promotion and profit sharing for Partners. Senior Partners are encouraged to become shareholders.
To evolve an existing £5m practice into a sector-defining Oil Strategy, Consulting & Tech consultancy may not suit everyone's ambitions. You will have your motivated, proactive team in the UK and collaborate with European & US Energy colleagues. Confidence in your own network of relevant business relationships is essential.
Kindly submit your CV with clearly outlined business development, sales, and account growth experience. Please note, this is not a ‘big brand’ UK consultancy. Strategic, consultative sales and developing brand awareness for this long-standing but lesser-known UK consultancy will be key components of the role. The rewards, we believe, are clear.
Please note - sponsorship is not available for this role.
