ROLE DESCRIPTION

Due to our growth, we are seeking Business Analysts to deliver a range of exciting projects across Insurance. We are seeking people with deep expertise and knowledge of the Insurance industry including (London Market, General Insurance and Life & Pensions) and you will be joining a strong team. The role will include the following, depending on experience:

1. Shaping and defining the true business problem, opportunity, and associated requirement, covering People, Process and Technology.
2. Delivering solutions that resolve the business problem and setting out impacts and risks.
3. Delivering the business analysis activities on projects and programmes.
4. Integrity and alignment of the proposed and chosen solutions with business needs.
5. Developing and professionalising themselves and the business analyst community.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1. Proven experience in Business Analysis, with strong analytical skills.
2. Effective Communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and leaders.
3. Have a strong understanding of product management and be able to influence others when creating a roadmap, ensuring there is a balance between regulatory, growth and business-as-usual activity.
4. Knowledge of Insurance Industry preferred but not essential.
5. Bachelor´s degree or equivalent and Professional Business Analysis Certification preferred.
