Overview

An exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Management Consultant to shape and deliver complex FP&A transformation programmes for leading financial services organisations. Working across banking, insurance, and asset management, you'll partner with senior finance stakeholders to redesign operating models, streamline planning and forecasting processes, and embed technology solutions such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM, and SAP BPC.

This role combines strategic advisory with hands-on delivery - from current-state diagnostics to future-state design, technology enablement, and implementation. You'll help clients enhance cost transparency, improve performance insights, and evolve finance business partnering capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver complex FP&A transformation programmes for financial services organisations.
• Partner with senior finance stakeholders across banking, insurance, and asset management to redesign operating models.
• Streamline planning and forecasting processes and embed technology solutions (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle EPM, SAP BPC).
• Perform current-state diagnostics, design future-state solutions, enable technology, and support implementation.
• Help clients enhance cost transparency, improve performance insights, and evolve finance business partnering capabilities.

Qualifications
