Job Description:

We are looking for a Management Consultant with a practical background in finance to help us continue our growth. Our projects typically involve major performance improvements in large organisations. Previous experience as a Management Consultant is not a prerequisite. We are keen to talk to people who:

• have at least five years' experience working in finance functions with managerial responsibility and/or at least five years' experience as a senior management consultant with a focus on finance functions
• have experience of working capital management, reducing overhead costs, increasing profitability, financial modelling, and improving the performance of finance functions
• have experience of improving transactional processing procedures, and financial planning and analysis
• are Chartered Management Accountants or Chartered Accountants
• have an outstanding educational background (an upper-class degree from a top university)
• are passionate and confident about solving business challenges and providing insight and expertise
• will be devoted to client's businesses and our own with a desire to build long-term relationships and add value
• are self-assured and able to assemble convincing and commercial arguments and to present them persuasively
• are based in the United Kingdom with British citizenship.
