The Role

As part of the Transform Together Consulting team, you will engage with industry-leading companies at operational and strategic levels. You will work with senior leaders and CxOs as a strategic partner to provide structure, knowledge, and insight into the best methods to deliver their transformation agenda. This involves taking a business objective from discovery through to adoption into BAU, utilizing a mix of agile and traditional project and change management techniques.

We emphasize internal advocacy, providing real responsibility and accountability from the outset. You decide how far you want to go; it's our job to support your growth.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate:

• A passion for leading projects, programmes, or portfolio delivery for clients and customers
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and supporting cadences for collaboration between business and technology teams
• Ability to design and implement Scrum agile practices from scratch; familiarity with agile tools like JIRA and Confluence is essential
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in Financial Services, including Wealth Management, Investments, Asset Management, or Insurance
• A collaborative approach, capable of building consensus among challenging stakeholder groups
• Deep understanding of mechanisms and tools for successful delivery from both traditional and agile perspectives
• Enthusiasm and comprehensive knowledge of the business and modern technological landscape, with the ability to translate that into client solutions
• Solid understanding of RAID and cross-functional dependency management
• A consultative approach with effective client management skills
• A positive, proactive attitude, strong team ethos, and ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
