Management Consultant (Security Cleared / Developed Vetting)

If you are an experienced transformation lead with a focus on strategy and change, and have exposure to governmental domains, making key digital and data strategy decisions, please read on! We are seeking individuals with a passion for problem-solving and a keen eye for detail. An understanding of the inner workings of Defence / Intelligence clients is essential, and candidates must either already have security clearance or have the capability to obtain it. Our consultancy partner offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of Business Consultants and leverage your expertise to make a significant impact on long-term digital programmes in the UK.

We welcome applications from candidates with the following skills and experience:

1. 5+ years of experience in Management Consulting, with recent leadership expertise.
2. Skills in Strategy, Procurement, Concept and Product Ownership.
3. Experience with Public Sector programmes, project management credentials, and strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
4. Knowledge of Cost analysis and Investments.
5. Business transformation and change management expertise.
6. Understanding of The Green Book methodology.

The ideal candidate will have several years of consultancy experience, a background working on Public Sector programmes, and be comfortable with Cost Analysis and Investments. Candidates must be willing to obtain UK Security Clearance if they do not already possess it, and hold a STEM degree. A varied background, diverse programme exposure, and adaptability to changing requirements are highly valued.
