This opportunity has arisen due to continued business growth and exciting new client projects.

The Management Consultant will join a dynamic and close-knit consultancy that puts quality, integrity, and genuine client partnership at its core. This role offers autonomy, influence, and visibility—allowing you to lead teams, shape solutions, and play a key role in mentoring junior consultants. You’ll be empowered to think independently, make decisions, and drive change within a business that values fresh thinking, empathy, and excellence in delivery.

The Management Consultant will...

  • Operate as a trusted advisor, delivering outstanding solutions and experiences to a diverse range of clients
  • Lead smaller teams and actively contribute to the development of internal consulting capabilities
  • Flex across disciplines such as change management, programme delivery and technology advisory
  • Work collaboratively to maintain exceptional standards of delivery and client satisfaction
  • Share knowledge and mentor junior consultants to elevate team performance and skill

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of management consulting experience, ideally across multiple industries
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and facilitation skills
  • Proven track record of shaping and delivering successful client engagements
  • Confident using data to inform decisions and drive outcomes
  • Ability to lead small project teams and contribute to business growth initiatives

Benefits:

  • 30 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays)
  • Private medical cover for you and your dependents
  • Inclusive, flexible and family-friendly working policies
  • Extensive learning and development support
  • Social events calendar including dinners, sports outings and annual team trips
  • Opportunity to help shape a growing consultancy with real influence
  • Transparent career progression and leadership opportunities
  • Work in a collaborative and values-led environment with people who care
