Management Assistant to Assistant Director of Children's Services
Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week

We currently have a permanent opportunity for an experienced and committed Management Assistant to the Assistant Director of Children’s Services. We are looking for exceptional candidates who are passionate about improving the lives of children, young people and their families at this critical time, here in Solihull.
As Management Assistant, you will support the Assistant Director of Children’s Services with management, project, and personal assistant support to the Assistant Director and members of the Corporate Leadership Team. You will be responsible for the management of a professional, effective, and efficient secretariat service for the Children’s Services & Skills Directorate Leadership Team.
You will have experience working as a Personal Assistant (or similar) and have supported senior level colleagues. You will be extremely well-organised, one step ahead, flexible, personable, and have the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
