Job Title: Management Assistant - HC620968
Location: Can be Andover, Basingstoke, Hart or Rushmoor
Salary: Scale 4, £26,106 - £28,653 per annum
Contract: Temporary for 12 Months - with a possibility of becoming Permanent, decision will be made by Manager by the end of the 12 months. Please note: a Permanent contract is not guaranteed.
Hours: 37 hours per week

To provide a range of support services to the Senior Leadership Team of Hampshire Constabulary and Joint Operations Unit.
Key Accountabilities include but are not limited to:
Educated to QCF Level 2 (3-5 passes including English and Mathematics) OR work experience deemed to have brought the postholder to a comparable level.
Relevant secretarial or administrative experience in an office environment.
Substantial experience of typing/word processing and proficient in document layout.
Computer literate - experienced in the production and use of Microsoft Office software - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.
