Are you passionate about making a significant impact in one of the UK's largest NHS organisations? We invite you to join our dynamic team as a Band 5 Management Account Officer for Wythenshawe, Trafford, Withington, and Altrincham (WTWA), part of Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT).

Your expertise and input will influence key financial decisions that affect the quality of healthcare services. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, from clinical professionals to operational teams, providing financial insights to run services efficiently. Responsibilities
  • Be the key contact for budget-holders, providing high-quality financial information and advice.
  • Use Excel and other software to provide financial reports and conduct financial analysis, using formulae and other functionality as required.
  • Complete financial month-end activities (journals, variance analysis) while prioritising according to materiality and risk.
  • Coordinate the production of monthly reports for budget holders and directorate meetings, supporting scrutiny papers and board paper production.
