New Technology Group seeks a Management Accountant Apprentice to support the finance team. You will gain hands-on experience in producing management information, reporting packs, and ad-hoc projects while studying for AAT Level 3.

You will work under the Senior Management Accountant, handling invoicing in Sage, budgeting, and month-end reporting, with emphasis on accuracy, collaboration, and developing a growth mindset.

Formación

• AAT Level 3 qualification or equivalent accounts experience.
• 5 GCSEs at Level 4 including Maths and English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Sage 200.

Responsabilidades

• Create sales invoices in SAGE and reconcile with purchase invoices.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes for the business.
• Assist in producing monthly management accounts and finance pack within month-end timetable.
• Analyse invoicing and revenue data to produce routine reports for management.
• Ownership of Inter Group and related party billing on SAGE.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and inspect transactions in Sage.
• Support year-end audit with internal and external stakeholders.
• Produce ad-hoc finance reports using Excel.
• Provide temporary cover for other team members as required.
