Job summary

IPL, Forza and Kober Foods in the United Kingdom is seeking a Management Accountant to support the senior management team with cost control, forecasting and financial analysis. The role emphasizes accurate cost allocation, balance sheet integrity and timely reporting.

You will partner with operations to improve processes, reconcile ERP data and oversee weekly management accounts, inventory valuations and supplier payments, including international transactions.

• Strong Excel skills

• A good understanding of reconciling trading activities to operational activities

Responsibilities

• Allocate costs to the correct revenue streams
• Combine and reconcile ERP and spreadsheet data
• Prepare and submit balance sheet GL accounts to a schedule
• Complete ad-hoc information requests
• Prepare and reconcile weekly and period management accounts
• Inventory reconciliation, valuation and revaluation
• Reconcile logistics, losses and disposals including depot losses
• Review and analyse purchase price variances
• Partner with managers for weekly P&L review
• Improve accounting processes and reporting
• Cover supplier payments including international payments
