Management Accountant - Global Retail & Lifestyle Brand - £60-65k

Your new company:We're looking for a qualified and detail-driven Management Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering accurate and insightful financial reporting across our UK, US, and EU operations. You'll take ownership of head office and central cost reporting, support the monthly group management accounts, and work closely with budget holders to provide meaningful analysis and reporting. Your new role:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly group management accounts
• Own the month-end reporting for head office and central costs across multiple regions
• Post monthly accruals and prepayments
• Perform detailed variance analysis against budget and prior year
• Deliver cost centre reports to budget holders, highlighting key variances
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations, focusing on accruals and prepayments
• Partner with department heads to support cost understanding and control
• Drive improvements in financial reporting processes and system usage
• Support year-end audit preparation and deliverables
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysis

What you need to succeed:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
• Experience in retail or consumer sectors is a plus
• Proficient in Excel with strong data analysis skills
• Highly organised, analytical, and adaptable to changing priorities
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
