Job Responsibilities

• Lead the Accounting & Finance department, driving the team to meet financial objectives.
• Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Conduct in-depth profitability analysis, providing strategic insights to senior leadership.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities, providing accurate financial guidance.
• Implement and monitor internal controls, ensuring financial integrity at all times.
• Manage end-of-period processes, ensuring timely reporting and analysis.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.

Candidate Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• An academic background in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and management accounting.
• Strong leadership skills, with an ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent analytical skills, with a strong aptitude for profitability analysis.
• 2+ years of experience working in a Management Accountant role.
• Strong communication skills, with an ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
