Job Description:

Management Accountant - London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

Our Business Support teams deliver vital services including HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Legal, and more, contributing to the success of our divisions and supporting critical digital infrastructures.

This role involves collaborating within a fast-paced technology organization, working closely with senior finance stakeholders to develop financial forecasts, deliver timely and transparent reporting, and analyze financial results to support decision-making. The role also includes providing analysis of actual and forecasted results for projects and assisting senior finance leaders in achieving financial targets.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with senior finance teams to analyze data for effective decision-making.
• Developing and reporting on financial forecasts and progress across cash, P&L, and balance sheet.
• Preparing historic analysis by project, including month-end results and KPIs.
• Managing 2 direct reports.
• Conducting area reviews for projects, working with operations to ensure accurate reporting and financial scrutiny.

Candidate Profile:

A detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused individual.

Key Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part qualified.
• Experience in a business-facing finance role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other large ERP systems.
