Eaton Syalon are proud to be partnering exclusively with an ambitious, owner-managed SME who are entering an exciting period of growth. We are recruiting a Manufacturing Accountant to play a pivotal role in shaping the financial performance of the business as it scales.

Role

As Management Accountant, you'll be responsible for:

• Delivering accurate costing analysis across materials, labour, and overheads.
• Supporting inventory valuation and monitoring production performance.
• Providing financial insights to support decision-making and operational improvements.
• Managing financial aspects of supply chain and production costing to ensure profitability.
• Advising on tax considerations, R&D credits, and financing options to support growth.
• Partnering with senior leadership to drive efficiencies and improve margin visibility.

• Has proven experience in costing within a manufacturing environment.
• Is part-qualified or qualified by experience (QBE) with a strong grounding in management accounts.
