Job summary

Harvey John Recruitment is currently representing a PE-backed, high-growth business in Bath seeking a Management Accountant for a hybrid-working role. You will deliver management accounts, lead budgeting and forecasting, and partner with senior stakeholders to drive financial performance.

Responsibilities include balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany transactions, fixed-asset management, and in-depth analysis.

Qualifications

• ACCA, ACA, CIMA fully qualified (essential)
• Confident in the production of management accounts (end to end)
• Strong analysis/ Excel skills
• Happy to dive into “the detail”
• Driven, with ambition to progress

This is a truly superb opportunity to join a PE-backed, high growth business in Bath.

You will be working across a lean and growing team of, so this position will require someone who’s comfortable with the “nitty gritty” but also someone who’s comfortable conducting financial analysis and reporting to senior stakeholders too.
