Management Accountant - London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

Our Business Support teams deliver vital services to ensure the success of our business divisions, including HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Legal, Estates, Facilities, Core Technology, Security, IT, and Fleet. Every team member contributes to our lasting impact and helps keep the nation's digital infrastructures connected and protected.

This role involves working closely with business and senior finance stakeholders to develop financial forecasts, deliver accurate reporting, and support decision-making. It includes analyzing actual and forecasted results for projects and assisting senior finance leaders in meeting financial targets. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with the senior finance team to provide clear analysis for effective decision-making.
• Assist in developing forecasts, and measure & report on progress across cash, P&L, and balance sheet.
• Prepare historic analysis by project, including month-end results and KPIs.
• Manage 2 direct reports.
• Conduct area reviews for projects, working with operations to ensure accurate contract reporting and financial scrutiny.

Who you are:

A detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused individual.

Key Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part-qualified.
• Experience in a business-facing finance role.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems.
