Management Accountant - Belfast, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

This role involves working within a fast-paced technology organization, collaborating closely with business and senior finance stakeholders to support financial forecasts. Responsibilities include delivering timely, accurate, and transparent financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making, providing insights on actual and forecasted results, and assisting senior finance leaders in achieving financial targets. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with the senior finance team to provide clear analysis for effective decision-making.
• Assist in developing and reporting on financial forecasts, including cash flow, P&L, and balance sheet analysis.
• Prepare detailed historical analyses, KPIs, and comparisons of actuals to forecasts across financial statements.
• Manage two direct reports.
• Conduct area reviews for projects, working with operations to ensure accurate contract reporting and financial results analysis.

Who you are:

Key Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part-qualified
• Experience in a business-facing finance role
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in Excel
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other large ERP systems
