Job summary

Thomas Franks is seeking an ambitious Management Accountant to join our team in Hook Norton, Oxfordshire. You will manage client accounts, perform reconciliations and support budgeting and financial analysis for operations.

The role requires part-qualified or qualified accountant status with 5+ years of experience and proficiency in Excel, ideally with Microsoft Business Central. A hybrid work arrangement (3 days in, 2 days home) is offered.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified or qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
• Minimum of 5 years relative experience in accounting or finances.
• Familiar with MS Excel and basic ERP systems, ideally Business Central.

Responsibilities

• Process accounting entries on client accounts.
• Reconcile accruals and deferral accounts.
• Analyse variances and performance of client accounts and discuss with Operations teams.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis for operations.
• Act as point of contact for clients' finance teams.
• Raise sales invoices and distribute to operations and client.
• Manage client accounts and monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist budgeting and overhead analysis.
• Conduct cash and banking reconciliations.
• Support accounts payable and sales ledger as needed.
