Job description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Involvement in the production of the monthly dashboards for GMD London
2. Liaise with the Paris Carmen team & GMD Finance to ensure the regular monthly production of detailed dashboards
3. Produce monthly from Keops (local database tool) information (including by client) revenues by product line
4. To produce monthly an estimate by country and by business of Net Banking Income (NBI) as required.
5. Consolidate monthly all client revenues to include Financing Activities and Capital Markets data by product line and by entity, including year-to-date and monthly movements.
6. Prepare analysis of the GMD Roadshow process
7. Process monthly Profit Splits and analyze them
8. Participate in the annual budget process, liaising with GMD European COO and local GMD COO
9. Assist in the reconciliation process of revenues between management control and financial control
10. Produce monthly reconciliation of trading revenues between RPC mam reports and local accounting & Carmen
11. Handle ad hoc requests and analysis as required by the Manager, London Management, and Paris Finance.
12. Produce the monthly contractor’s accruals
13. Produce forecasts on London contractors
14. Contribute to Paris forecast process where necessary (D-15 and yearly forecast)
15. Participate in the improvement of the current actuals process (procedures, reports writing)
