Job description

A dynamic document solutions business headquartered in the City of London is currently looking for
a Management Accountant/Financial Controller to join its team ASAP!

This is a hybrid working role, 3 days in the office and 2 at home.

Responsibilities:

1. Providing accurate and sound management reporting to assist with key decision making
2. Producing month end and year end journals, reconciliations
3. Preparing annual statutory and monthly management accounts
4. Contributing to annual budgeting and planning process
5. Managing capital expenditure
6. Producing financial statements including P&L accounts, cash flows, variance analysis and commentaries
7. Running monthly payroll using Sage 50 and submitting pensions to Aviva
8. Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations
9. Leading, managing, guiding and motivating a finance team

Qualifications:

1. Qualified/part qualified in ACCA or CIMA
2. Experience from a similar position
3. Can do Payroll using Sage 50 and submit pension to Aviva
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Good IT skills
6. Experience managing a finance team
