Are you a commercially minded finance professional with a passion for manufacturing? Our client is looking for a proactive and analytical Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner to join their Wolverhampton-based team and help drive operational and financial excellence.


Your new role


In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with production, operations, and senior leadership to provide financial insight, support strategic decisions, and ensure robust financial control across the business.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, forecasts, and KPIs
  • Partner with manufacturing and operational teams to drive performance
  • Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
  • Present financial insights to senior stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent)
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment would be preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial systems
