NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK employing around 40,000 staff in a wide range of clinical and non-clinical professions and job roles. We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.
This is a fixed-term post of 12 months.
The shift pattern for this position is Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated to work in a challenging but enjoyable role managing a varied portfolio of projects within the Research and Innovation Directorate.
As a key member of the Directorate Finance Team you will be responsible for the provision of a professional financial management service to key stakeholders across Health, Academia and Industry. You will be competent in the management of financial information, financial reporting, budgetary control processes and governance arrangements. Ideally a professionally qualified accountant (or with equivalent work experience) you will be computer literate with excellent communication and organisational skills. You will have the capacity for analytical and innovative thinking, and a track record of delivering to strict timelines within a dynamic environment.
