Job summary

Recruiit is seeking a Management Accountant in Warwick for a 12-month fixed-term contract. Hybrid role with a supportive culture. The ideal candidate is ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified with strong management accounting experience and advanced Excel and systems skills.

You will prepare monthly management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, and partner with stakeholders to tell the story behind the numbers while monitoring margins and cash flow.

Management Accountant - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract - Warwick

£40,000 - £50,000

This is an excellent management accounting role working with a successful mid-size business in the Warwick area. Initially the role will be for a 12 month fixed term contract, but it is foreseen that this will be extended and there may be permanent opportunities following the contract. The ideal candidate will be Qualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) and have strong management accounting experience, as well as strong Excel and systems experience. You will look beyond the numbers and tell the story of business performance, you will be highly accurate and detailed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analyses, and key performance indicator (KPI) reports.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process and updating rolling quarterly financial forecasts.
• Business Partnering: Working closely and supporting stakeholders across the business.
• Cost Analysis: Monitoring margins and operational expenditures.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitoring daily cash positions and forecast future working capital requirements.
