What You Will Do:
  1. Lead financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning.
  2. Prepare detailed financial reports and ensure compliance with statutory and tax regulations.
  3. Oversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reconciliation processes.
  4. Conduct sales and margin analysis, offering actionable insights and recommendations.
  5. Manage HR functions, including payroll processing, employee records, and recruitment.
  6. Support the development and communication of HR policies and employee engagement initiatives.
What You Will Bring:
  1. AAT qualification or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA, with study support available.
  2. A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance and HR, including 3 years in a senior role.
  3. Strong knowledge of financial systems like Sage, QuickBooks, or SAP, and HRIS platforms.
  4. Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  5. A strategic mindset with the ability to align finance and HR practices to business goals.
