SmartestEnergy Limited is seeking a Management Accountant to join the Finance & Accounting department in London. The role reports to the Finance Manager (Reporting) and contributes to monthly management reporting for SEL UK, quarterly group reporting to Marubeni Corporation, and the annual external audit.

You will support month-end journals, analyse capex/opex costs, work on project data such as timesheets, and assist with audit deliverables and BAU tasks.

The Management Accountant will report directly to the Finance Manager (Reporting) and will contribute to SmartestEnergy Limited’s monthly management reporting for SEL UK, quarterly group reporting to our parent company, Marubeni Corporation, and annual external audit.

They will support the Finance Manager with preparation of month-end journals, analysing capex/opex costs (external and internal), work on project data (e.g. timesheets), assisting on audit deliverables and other BAU tasks
