Job summary

We Do Group is recruiting a Management Accountant for a fast-paced, PE-backed technology business in Worcester. You will own the end-to-end management accounts process, produce board reports and provide insightful P&L and R&D analysis while partnering with stakeholders across the business.

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will manage a direct report, contribute to budgeting and forecasting, and lead improvements to processes and controls in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified, finalist or actively studying towards ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
• Strong management accounting and month-end experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience developing others, or ambition to step into people management.
• Proactive, hands-on and motivated by continuous improvement.
• SaaS/technology experience would be advantageous but isn’t essential.

Responsibilities

We Do Group are recruiting a Management Accountant for a fast-paced, private equity-backed technology business.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious accountant who wants to take real ownership of the numbers while gaining broader exposure across FP&A, senior leadership and people management.

Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A, you’ll own the end-to-end management accounts process, work closely with the Finance Director and wider business, and manage and develop one team member.
