Management Accountant

Element is pleased to be representing a client for the appointment of a Management Accountant, based on site in North Somerset. The ideal candidate will be qualified with a relevant accounting body (or by experience) and have prior exposure to working within a company with multiple subsidiaries.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Monthly management accounts preparation with subsequent commentary
2. Financial analysis
3. Overseeing year-end budgeting & accounts
4. Deputising for senior team members on an ad hoc basis
5. Balance sheet reconciliations
6. Identifying areas for continuous improvement

Key Characteristics

1. ACCA, CIMA, or ACA Part Qualified / Qualified (or equivalent experience)
2. Great communication skills
3. Able to work under pressure
4. Fluent in Microsoft Excel
5. Able to work effectively as part of a team
