This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, support key financial processes, and develop your career within a growing SME. Location: Walsall Position: Management Accountant Full-Time Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 per annum

Key responsibilities of the Management Accountant:

• Prepare monthly management accounts and group reporting packs.
• Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain the Fixed Asset Register with support from the Accounts Assistant.
• Carry out monthly expenditure analysis and liaise with budget holders.
• Develop strong business partnerships with internal management.
• Complete quarterly VAT returns.
• Provide backup support for Payroll, Sales Ledger/Credit Control, and Purchase Ledger teams.
• Support annual budgeting and year-end financial accounts preparation, including audits.
• Liaise with external auditors during year-end audits.

Key essentials of the Management Accountant:

• Qualified ACCA, CIMA, or experienced QBE Accountant.
• Experience working in a manufacturing SME environment.
• Advanced Excel skills.
