Management Accountant

Element are pleased to have been exclusively engaged by a household brand to support the recruitment of a Management Accountant in their growing finance team. This role plays a key part in handling the company's growth, getting wide exposure to operational finance.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Producing monthly management accounts
2. Supporting the wider transactional finance team
3. Balance sheet reconciliations
4. Business partnering with other functions
5. Reporting and analysis
6. Identifying areas for continuous improvement
7. Ad hoc deputising for senior members of the finance team

Key Characteristics

1. ACCA / CIMA Part Qualified (or equivalent experience)
2. Able to work effectively as part of a team
3. Experience with Microsoft packages, and working with Power BI
4. Knowledge of some accounting standards
5. Confident communicator and forward-thinking accountant
