Are you a detail-driven Management Accountant or Finance Assistant looking to join a dynamic and forward-thinking business? Perhaps you are a recent finance graduate or studying towards a finance qualification and looking for an opportunity to build a career in this sector.

Based at the UK Head Office in Ross-on-Wye, you'll play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, supporting both head office and divisional operations.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and coordinating budgets across the business
  • Delivering accurate head office and divisional accounting and reporting
  • Managing intercompany recharge processes
  • Participating in cost centre committee meetings
  • Reviewing and approving quality claims
  • Monitoring and controlling workflow for quality claims processes
Ideal Candidate:
  • Solid background in accounts
  • Ideally AAT or CIMA part-qualified (or equivalent)
  • Highly organised with a methodical and analytical mindset
  • Comfortable working as part of a small, supportive team
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge a plus
