Perm | Part-Time (30 hours/week)

Are you a detail-driven Management Accountant looking to make a real impact in a dynamic, early-stage environment?

Were looking for someone proactive, commercially aware, and confident in supporting decision-making with clear financial insight. This is a part-time opportunity with flexibility, working alongside senior leadership to shape financial performance in a fast-paced business.

The Opportunity

Working closely with the CFO and wider teams, youll take ownership of core financial processesfrom transactional tasks to high-level analysis. Your work will provide the insights that guide operational decisions, improve performance, and drive strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

Manage purchase ledger processing, payment runs, expense processing and payroll liaison

Deliver accurate monthly management accounts and KPIs

Monitor departmental spending and identify cost-saving opportunities

Provide variance analysis and commentary

Support cash flow forecasting and budget planning

Liaise across departments to support financial decision-making

Maintain compliance with regulations and accounting standards

Lead continuous improvement and automation in reporting processes

What Were Looking For

Qualified or qualified by experience (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)

35 years+ experience in a management accounting or similar finance role

Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency

Confident in explaining financial data to non-finance stakeholders

A proactive, organised, and detail-focused approach

Experience working in a fast-paced or early-stage business is an advantage
