The Job Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity for a Management Accountant to join our Head Office team in Stratford upon Avon. The successful candidate will be an integral part of a dynamic and dedicated group supporting our business in various capacities. Role and Responsibilities

  1. Produce monthly and annual management accounts and manufacturer composites.
  2. Collaborate with dealerships in commercial decision-making and manage on-site accounts staff.
  3. Manage working capital proactively.
  4. Produce weekly and monthly reports, including forecasts.
  5. Develop and maintain financial controls.
  6. Conduct reviews with management teams to promote best practices and profitability.
  7. Develop annual plans.
  8. Support a culture of continuous improvement and development.

About you

  • Ideally an experienced CIMA qualified accountant (or equivalent).
  • A retail background is desirable but not essential.
  • A self-starting team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively.
  • Attention to detail.
  • IT literate with strong Excel skills.
