I'm currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join an environmental company based in Swindon. This role offers full-time flexible working, including hybrid models, and provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to an innovative and dynamic organisation with progression.

Your new role

As a Management Accountant you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:

1. Produce accurate and timely management accounts and financial reports
2. Lead the month-end close process, ensuring all financials are finalised
3. Maintain control of balance sheet accounts with monthly reconciliations
4. Provide key support during the annual financial audit process
5. Offer support in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
6. Prepare VAT returns
7. Ad Hoc financial tasks

What you'll need to succeed

1. Part Qualified CIMA, ACCA, or ACA (Qualified by Experience with 10+ years of relevant experience will also be considered)
2. Proven experience in preparing management accounts, handling month-end close processes, working with multiple foreign currencies
3. Strong in Excel, including Pivot Tables and Lookups
4. Excellent attention to detail and a proven track record of problem-solving
5. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
