About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, the Management Accountant will play a key role in supporting the finance team with management accounting, reconciliation, and complex analytics. You will work closely with various departments to provide accurate financial analysis and reports, assisting in decision-making processes that drive efficiency and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate monthly stock valuations and analyse stock usage and adjustments.
Manage fixed asset accounting, including purchase orders, amendments, label audits, and SOX documentation.
Create and distribute monthly expenditure analysis reports, identifying key insights.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
Assist with audit tasks in collaboration with internal and external auditors.
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement to enhance business analytics.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
Actively working towards CIMA/ACCA.
Proficient in SAP/ERP systems (desirable).
Advanced Excel skills and experience with other analytical tools.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
