Management Accountant, Hybrid, Stratford, Up to £45k

Your new role

As a Management Accountant, you will be a leading member of a small but dynamic finance team. You will be responsible for producing accurate and timely management accounts, forecasts, and insightful financial reports to support the business. You will challenge financial assumptions, build strong internal relationships with Operations, and play a key role in developing financial strategies.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a management accounting role within a multi-business unit organisation.
  • Confidence in operating and communicating at all levels of the company.
  • Solid understanding of key financial and system processes.
  • Experience with accounting applications and advanced functionality in MS Office applications.
  • A positive can-do attitude, strong work ethic, and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Professionalism and awareness of processing confidential information.
  • Essential qualifications: Finalist/Qualified or part-qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Desirable qualifications: Degree level education with a 1st or 2:1 qualification.
  • Full UK driving license.
