Lisa Wright Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and experienced Management Accountant to oversee the accounting and financial management for a diverse portfolio of businesses. Based on the outskirts of Spalding, Lincolnshire, this role is integral in providing strategic financial leadership, driving profitable growth, and ensuring the continuous improvement of financial systems and policies.

As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing risk, enhancing operational efficiencies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory obligations. The ideal candidate will be CIMA qualified, with a strong background in finance, preferably within the manufacturing or construction industries. However, this industry experience is not essential.

Management Accountant Key Responsibilities:

1. Leading and developing a small finance team
2. Delivering accurate and timely financial reporting
3. Driving continuous improvement initiatives within financial processes and systems
4. Managing and mitigating financial risks
5. Ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

As a Management Accountant, you will be a self-starter who excels in data analysis, with advanced Excel skills and proficiency in ERP systems. You should be capable of working independently, demonstrating initiative and the ability to lead by example.

This is a full-time, office-based role (based on the outskirts of Spalding, Lincolnshire), with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
