Our client is seeking an experienced Management Accountant for their dynamic team in the food manufacturing business. This role is crucial in supporting the site to achieve its objectives by providing timely and accurate financial information. By driving cultural and performance improvements, this position is a key support for the Site Accountant.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with various departments to develop budgets and forecasts, providing valuable financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare monthly journals, with reconciliation to weeklies.
• Complete detailed balance sheet reconciliations
• Support the site accountant and be the first point of contact for all site queries.

Required

• CIMA, ACCA, ACA qualification
• Experience in the food manufacturing sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
