Responsibilities

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts (journals, accruals, prepayments).
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Balance sheet reconciliations and VAT returns.
  • Assist with year-end audit processes.
  • Cashflow forecasting.
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
  • Control of sales and purchase ledger along with credit control.
  • Providing payroll data support.

Management Accountant – Sheffield – c£40k plus benefits. We are currently seeking an experienced all rounder for a stand alone Management Accountant role that will work within the companies operational management team.. This is an excellent opportunity for a developing Management Accountant to work directly with a hands on Managing Director in a role that will offer lots of variety and opportunity within a collaborative and supportive environment.. The Role:. As the Management Accountant, you'll provide the production of accurate and timely financial information to drive commercial decision-making. This role will involve a range of operational and transactional finance provision and will appeal to an accounting professional who has grown their experience in hands on roles ideally within small business environments where they have gained grass roots to management accounting provision..
