The Role:
Our client, a growing organisation based in Redditch, is seeking an Interim Management Accountant to support their finance team during a transitional period. Reporting to the Finance Director, you'll manage the preparation of management accounts, budgeting, and financial reporting to provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate monthly management accounts with variance analysis.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Deliver insightful financial reporting and commentary.
• Monitor cash flow and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist with audits and compliance to UK accounting standards.
• Drive process improvements and system upgrades.

Requirements:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Strong experience in management accounting, ideally in manufacturing or similar sectors
• Advanced Excel skills + ERP systems )
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
