Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Producing insightful analysis to support business performance and decision-making
• Maintaining strong financial controls and ensuring compliance with company policies
• Business partnering with key stakeholders across the organisation
• Supporting with process improvements and system developments

Person Specification

• Part-qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA) with relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across finance and non-finance teams
• Advanced Excel skills
