The Management Accountant will help nature recover by ensuring the integrity of our financial data and providing reports to enable informed financial decision making.

What you’ll be doing
  1. Producing the monthly management accounts
  2. Completing monthly reconciliations of all bank accounts, cash, income and other control accounts
  3. Preparing and submitting quarterly VAT returns
  4. Providing accurate and timely financial data for colleagues at all levels
  5. Assisting with the production of the statutory accounts and working closely with the auditors at year end.
What we’re looking for
  • Part-Qualified Accountant, or a demonstrable equivalent level of working experience
  • Management accounts skills
  • Ability to build relationships with various stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritise workload, work unsupervised and as part of a team
  • Ability to convey financial information to audiences with varied levels of financial knowledge
  • Good Microsoft Office and accountancy software skills

Salary: £35,500 - £40,500 per annum (dependent on qualification & experience)

Contract: Fixed Term for 12 months to cover maternity leave

Hours: 35 hours per week
