We’re looking for

a talented Management Accountant to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, Monday to Friday, based at our Crick site. Hybrid work: 2-3 days per week on site depending on business needs and travel to sites when required.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Produce financial and operational management reports for the site, business, and customer.
• Manage month-end processes and balance sheets.
• Handle customer data entry and analysis.
• Conduct internal flash reports, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Manage key accounts, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure customer retention and identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with the central finance team.

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• Essential: Part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) or studying towards qualification.
• Essential: Excellent data manipulation skills and ability to manage multiple data streams confidently.
• Essential: Strong communication skills to engage at all levels and challenge stakeholders.
