Are you a detail-oriented and commercially minded accountant looking for your next challenge? We're seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our dynamic on-site finance team, playing a key role in driving financial insight and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present accurate monthly management accounts

• Analyse financial performance, variances, and key cost drivers

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes

• Collaborate with operational teams to improve financial performance

• Maintain robust financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies

• Assist in year-end reporting and liaise with external auditors

What We're Looking For:

• Part-qualified (nearly there!) or fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) accountant

• Proven experience in a management accounting role (ideally within a fast-paced environment)

• Strong analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insight

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• A hands-on approach and willingness to work closely with operational teams on-site
