If you are a Qualified Management Accountant looking for a progressive career move looking to join a small finance team this could be the perfect role for you!

Over the years this business has built its reputation on providing high end products to its customers and delivering an impressive range of new and innovative ideas to the market. As part of their ambitious growth plans they are looking for a Management Accountant to join their dynamic finance team.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for the month end close, delivering the management accounts

• Ownership of provisions including stock, freight and property

• Preparation and submission of the UK quarterly VAT return

• Weekly cashflow forecasting and reporting

• Approval of payment runs

• Responsible for the production of the group trial balance and statutory financial statements

• Provide explanation to auditors on complex areas

• Support with the annual budgeting process

• Execution of FX strategy including placing forward contracts and limit orders

• Responsible for continuous process improvement within the Finance team

The successful candidate will have experience as follows:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified or finalist

• Experience in a similar role and industry ideally E–Commerce

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to build relationships across multiple levels such as other departments and third parties to effectively solve queries

• Great attention to detail and level of accuracy

The role offers a basic salary of up to 50,000 plus profit related bonus, 22 days holidays rising annually to a maximum of 27 days plus Bonus The role will be hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
