Management Accountant - FMCG Business - Manchester - Salford - £55,000 Hybrid 2 days per week in the office

Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations. You will support site-level variance and trend analysis, post key journals including accruals, prepayments, and both accrued and deferred income, and provide valuable performance insights to the commercial finance team to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will lead a team of trainee accountants, guiding their development and helping them grow in their roles.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position, you should be a qualified accountant or qualified by experience with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
