We are currently supporting a growing organisation with the position of Management Accountant on a permanent basis. The role of the Management Accountant will be to support the finance team in management reporting and analysis.

The role will be based on site in the client’s offices on the outskirts of Maidstone and study support is provided for employees still working towards their accountancy qualification.

This role would be suitable to someone who is working as an Assistant Management Accountant who is looking to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will be part qualified looking to grow and develop in a Management Accountant position within a company that promote growth and development.

Key Responsibilities will be:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Assist in budget preparation
• Variance Analysis (Actuals vs Forecast)
• Assist with forecasting and costings
• Cashflow forecasting
• Intercompany transactions
• Monthly journal preparation and entry
• Balance Sheet reconciliations

• Experience of working within a finance position looking for career development into a Management Accountant position
