Description

The successful candidate will:

1. Produce accurate management accounts adhering to strict monthly deadlines (including P&L, B/S, Cashflow).
2. Work closely with the Business Partner to develop an understanding of the business and use this knowledge in the preparation of management accounts and reporting.
3. Assist the Business Partner with merchant invoicing, Direct Debit collection, and KPI/report production.
4. Analyze and provide commentary on financial matters on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
5. Participate in the production of year-end statutory accounts and audits.
6. Complete and compile VAT returns.
7. Manage and maintain well-supported ledgers.
8. Handle day-to-day transactional processing, including sales and purchase ledgers, credit control, banking, and nominal ledger maintenance.

Profile

The Successful Candidate MUST:

1. Have experience in a similar role (Essential).
2. Be studying towards ACCA/CIMA (Essential).
3. Have excellent organization and communication skills (Essential).
4. Be eager to progress and take on additional responsibilities as the role develops (Essential).
5. Possess a proactive, can-do attitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment (Essential).
